How long does it take to ship a surfboard?

For in-stock boards, we typically pack and ship within 3-5 business days. Custom shapes require a lead time of 6-8 weeks depending on the current glassing schedule.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship Lovemachine surfboards worldwide. International rates vary by destination and board length; please contact us for a custom freight quote before purchasing.

What is your return policy on boards?

Due to the fragile nature of surfboards, all sales are final once the board has been used or waxed. Unused boards in original packaging can be returned within 14 days, subject to a 15% restocking fee.

What happens if my board arrives damaged?

Every shipment is fully insured. If your board arrives with shipping damage, please document the damage with photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours so we can file a claim and arrange a repair or replacement.

Are fins included with the surfboard?

To allow riders to customize their setup, our boards are generally sold without fins unless specified in the product description. We offer a curated selection of fins designed to complement Lovemachine templates.

Can I pick up my board in person?

Local pickup is available at our partner warehouse locations. Select the 'Local Pickup' option at checkout, and we will notify you when your board is ready for collection.
