Returns & Exchanges

At LOVEMACHINE SURFBOARDS, we want you to be completely stoked with your equipment, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused gear and apparel. Please note that due to their handcrafted nature, surfboards must be in pristine, un-waxed condition to qualify for an exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring surfboards are double-padded to prevent any structural damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to the Workshop

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier; please note that return shipping costs for boards are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our shapers inspect the item for damage or signs of use, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
